ARCHITECTURE STUDIO OFFICES IN VALENCIA
The architecture studio is located in the basements of buildings in a new residential area in Castellón, in an expansive 600 m2 work space shared with the company, Adi Arquitectura.
The offices feature spacious and well lit work areas for the two architecture companies and have also served as a base for new architecture and design companies for young architects starting out as professionals.
The premises have several meeting and presentation rooms, a library, display space for models and projects and open work spaces with services and technology and human resource support, integrated for technical designers, draftsmen, administration, structure and facilities calculation, technical architects, etc., up to a total number of 30 workstations.
The opening of a new work headquarters / centre in the city of Valencia at the beginning of 2009, was the beginning of the company’s growth and expansion process to strengthen its growing position in the Valencian Community. The space selected was in basements located in the central neighbourhood of Rufaza, one of the most active cultural and artistic areas in the city.
The new location provides space for cultural themes and architectural research and design, with the aim to open to and integrate with other related disciplines including Interior design, industrial design, landscaping, etc., linked to the professional structure in the large studio.
The offices in these headquarters have three separate areas suitable for carrying out several activities.
Firstly, a multifunctional and open space for demonstration activities related to architecture, design and art in general. There is also space for meetings, talks and workshops.
Secondly, a large working space for an architecture workshop with computerised workstations, model and project assembly and meeting room.
Thirdly, a large work room in the loft with a library area and documentation centre, as a place for working sessions and research, project presentation and all types of audiovisual projects; an area for research exchanging ideas.
