Given the characteristics of the plot and the functional program have arranged the buildings looking for the maximum utilization when locating in the level 0 the accesses to the Specific Centers of mental patients 1 and 2, the Center by day for mental chronic patients, the area of general services of the Center and a wide and comfortable parking and zone of load and unload, placed under the sports track.

In the levels 1 and 2 locate of clear form both Specific Centers for mental patients (C.E.E.M.); in the level 1 the zones by day and wide outside spaces destined for the activities outdoors, including the important equipment for sports track placed between both Centers, and in the level 2 the zones by night, according to a functional and conceptual very clear scheme.
