IVVSA 2004 Benidorm Cala Deportivo

The Project proposes an architectural and urban development identical response to the location of the plot and to Benidorm's singular regulation.

A typology has been chosen edificatoria in tower and isolated block, optimizing to the maximum orientations and conference, when orthogonal this one arranged the road parallel one to the maritime walk, by all the apartments orientated to the same one (orientation southeast).

The tower has been stylized to the maximum on having be projected in 3 autonomous bodies served by a very compact nucleus of communications, and using a typology in duplex, for some of the apartments placed in the central body "to stretch" this one up to 19 plants of height (+ technical plant) being the following body of 18 plants (simple apartments of 70 m2) and the third body " more down " of 10 plants with solarium and a community zone in the plant 11.
