The building and tipologías offers adjust to the urban development parameters of the Plan that fix for the plot T2 a block in height (tower) of ground floor + 12 and in the rest, plot U3, one-family housings.

The project they develop the ideas of houses with court that they occupied to Mies van der Rohe during the 30s in the Bauhaus, and even in his later American stage in the I.I.T. of Chicago and that repeatedly proposes as exercise to his pupils.

These houses with court (and his more polished version: the house with three courts) they were the alternative of Mies to the one-family isolated housings, and they depart from conceptual expositions based on the idea of space and from city.

This residential type, of very Mediterranean character, and nevertheless scantily constructed, allows to organize in a balanced way the totality of plot U3, creating an articulated very powerful plot in which the free spaces and the constructed ones are inserted, there being formed a tapestry of great compositive richness.
The access to the houses with court will take place from three road ones of penetration, treated like semipedestrian.
