The proposed building has been constructed in two buildings, looking for the obtaining of an interior landscaped space orientated in the southern part, to that also the stays are orientated of is dining room of the majority of the housings.

The Building I is a linear block with three stairs, serving to two housings simplex for plant with a typology in the one that has occupied first place to provide when to be dining room of the maximum space and reducing to the minimum the distributors, foyer, corridor, etc.. East building gives an urban response in his constant alignment with regard to the avenue Sos Baynat, which has top hierarchy respect of the street Jose Maria Mulet.

In ground floor they arrange business, fourth premises for the transformer and the vestibules of the housings that allow so much the direct access to the free interior space as to the avenue Sos Baynat.

The Building II resolves with the unique nucleus of vertical communications that it serves to three opened corridors that allow eight tipologías in duplex and two simplex in the first floor plant.
