The housing is located in a plot in hillside of mountain by strong difference and orientation to southwest, with magnificent conference on the sea and the landscape of high surrounding combs of mountain.

The insertion of the house in the area rejects a traditional position staggered to be approached from the analysis of the transverse section of the same one organizing in different strata or levels the diferentas you depart from the functional program.

The disposition of every stratum or corresponding level bears in mind the use to which it is destined, the relation with the rest of the housing and of this one with his near and distant environment.
