The solar object of the present project includes the plots n º 101/102/103/104 of the Urbanization Torre Bellver, situated in Oropesa.

It is of irregular form, being his surface of 2325 m2. It presents a maximum difference of approximately 5 meters.

The building, on having treated itself about a building isolated in an urbanization without previous conditions of design or employment of specific materials, has been projected by a free composition, taking care of the integration of the building in the topography of that of the area.
