House in Oropesa

The housing located in Oropesa's coastal urbanization, arranges in the top part of a plot with strong difference and favoured conference to the sea.

It is solved as a group of prismatic volumes that are inserted in the hillside creating courts and exterior diverse spaces with different conditions of soleamiento, orientation and use.

The boxes that shape the building are torn by hollows that answer to the program that the sights lodge and promote to the sea, at the time that his diversity refers to the effects that the erosion would produce in an emplacement so exposed as the one that occupies us.

In the interior there takes place a concatenation of spaces articulated by means of the stairs that goes connecting them of average in half a floor and that turns into the axis of the architectural speech.

The first piece consists of a porch of access opened the road one that constitutes an exterior parking given the narrowness of the same one. This porch, of armed concrete, gathers the doors of entry to the plot and to the garage and marks the material that will accompany the spaces of receipt and traffic for the housing.

The rest of volumes that contain the program in yes same differ clearly with his treatment based on diverse colors: white for the guests' bedrooms; blue for the piece that receives the suite and the kitchen-dining room; dishcloth for the box of the lounge and study; and magenta for the volume of the swimming pool.
