PP Montanyeta

The Sector is constructed from a reticulated mesh constituted by a thematic opened and flexible counterfoil that integrates great variety of landscape situations, of emplacement and architectural.

The reticle departs from the existing plot in the ordination of the sectors of the immediate environment, placed to East and North principally and constructs the new neighborhood from the important public park with community equipment into which one is going to transform the zone of the Montanyeta, with more than 100.000 m2 of green spaces like "Central Park " of the Vall D'Uxó.

From this great urban park and of the road one of North constituted by the avenue of Corts Valencianes proposes a reticulated mesh with big apples where the edificabilidad arranges, fundamentally residential, but also commercial and of services located principally in the low ones of the new buildings.

The ordination has so much the character of an object as a whole, like the quality defined by his buildings and individual spaces. In the side East arranges the important hospitable equipment for the city and his region, located as end of tour and visual modal of the whole ordination.
