Renovation of a small house between dividing of San Mateo's historical nucleus of scarcely 25 m2 of surface in floor.

Program conceived like loft vertical articulated by a very slight stairs located at the back of the floor and bathed by abundant zenithal light.

The principal premise of the project, the light, has had a brilliant solution to arrange both floors of captation of the same one in both ends of the floor, to the front for the hollows / balconies of the front and to the fund across the court generated by the lightness of the stairs.

The materials of the rehabilitation are the own ones of them house of village: mortars of lime, pipes ceramics, carpentry of wood of pine with shutters, locksmithing forge, being the lighting on the other hand according to a more contemporary architecture.
