Residencial Gala

This project, it was the whole challenge, so apart from the premises of the promoter of extracting the maximum utilization of the lot, the difficult thing, was his location in the same one, a lot with a difference of mas of 10 meters, " it was a real torrent ". There were studied a few housings that could enter from the street and to develop in the sense of the slope, to go in favour of the lot, and not to create an aggressive architecture with the environment. The soleamiento and the sights were other premises that were imposed, by it the housings are staggered in horizontal and vertical sense, generating a game of volumes, of lights and shades.

To the housings one accedes from a lounge dining room - kitchen and stoops to come up to the bedrooms. The housings gather in crowds in three sets (A, B and C) generating singular housings in the corners. In the set A, the different typology, as consequence of the topography and they turn in housings developed in half a floors.

We were fleeing of the typical housings in row, where everything is a monotony, there were looked a few singular, different and personal housings, and I believe that ultimately there was obtained what was wanted, " it is a work that was the whole personal challenge for my, on having treated itself about the first one … "
