Casa BTO

The project solves the program of an one-family housing developed in two floors inside a perfectly triangular perimeter. The proposed geometry does not appear as capricious exercise but as response to the determining ones of the emplacement, orientations and conference of the plot looking that the building remains solved with unitary sense and great rotundity demonstrating from the beginning of definitive form, without possibility of posterior additions.
The plot is located in the crossing of two streets of Benicasim's tourist locality, being the house permanent housing for a young couple, who was wishing diaphanous and fluid interiors avoiding to the maximum the compartimentaciones.

The triangular form supposes the response to both exterior streets, being protected from the sights from these and " being opened " to the maximum surface of landscaped plot and to the zone where the swimming pool has been located it, beside enjoying of good conference on an existing pinada.

The work of factory of closing is solved by white brick I dress, combined with concrete and coating table of wood in the main face.
Internally the finished ones are simple, predominating over the white color, with a sober furniture adecuadamnte chosen by the client.
