The project arranges all the exterior spaces of the plot taking advantage of the strong difference of the same one. This way, organizes a great basement - parking, with a more private closed and different area opened of more public character and from the one that divides the principal foyer of access to the inhabitable zone. In the floor basement also there are located the dependences of the service and the fourth technical personnel.

The rest of the plot aterraza in different horizontal platforms that are rising up to the level of the housing where there conforms the principal terrace placed between the housing and the swimming pool working this one as horizon on the sea, and a sesteador in the extreme west favoured by the winds and the sights towards Benicásim. With the housing and his terraces there is formed a set of diverse volumes that believe a new artificial topography in the hillside in which it is implanted.

The program of the housing was needing his development practically in an alone floor, existing in floor I tread only on the guests' zone and a room - study that of a side was creating a rich interior space to double height on to be and of other one it helps to form the exterior volumetry, being articulated with regard to the volumes in which the principal floor fragments. This one has a wide program composed on the one side of being, dining room, kitchen-scullery with washer, pantry and exterior terrace with barbecue and, in another wing there are located the bedrooms and baths of the children and, in the end, the suite for the couple, with dressing room and bath.
