Solving correctly the meeting of the orthogonal present plot in the new area of new development of the city with the historical and cultural present traces in the avenue of the Lidón, it uses as incomparable frame for the building of white volumes that form the Audience, new point of centralidad and reference to a city in constant development.
The project delimits four differentiated zones, depending on his vegetation, topography and activity to develop in them.

Zone 1. Garden of the orange trees
Zone 2. Forest of mulberry
Zone 3. Hill
Zone 4. Forest of bank

The ideas that generated this project for a better comprehension of a public urban space that, unlike any contrucción or building, has a period of growth and development near the year to be able to enjoy it in its entirety and that in addition will accompany us in his evolution and constant I change as the city is growing around it.
