Colegio Público Santa Agueda

School Center located in a plot of rough topography on Palmes having placed to the feet of El Desert de les Palmes, inside a new neighborhood in the periphery of Benicasim's urban nucleus.

The building arranges staggered in different pieces that receive the diverse functions that the program was demanding: classrooms, dining room, housing of the conseje, gymnasium and sports tracks, all of them connected by a marquee that is constituted in the axis of the project and that helps to annotate the exterior spaces.

In the first term of the south side the aulario places, with double independent access for infantile and primary and with parking semiburied for personnel. On the second plane the block of dining room places in parallel and as fund of plot there is located the gymnasium that finishes off and closes the sports spaces.
