ARCHITECTURE STUDIO OFFICES IN CASTELLÓN
Architecture studio with headquarters in Castellón since 1982. Initially associated with architect Victor Beltrán who has developed his independent professional career in Ibiza since 1984.
From 1985, the studio was shared between architects Carlos Martín and Carlos Escura, who established the Architecture Design and Town Planning collective, A+ du, in a shared 600 m2 space at the beginning of the 1990s, located in commercial basements at calle Fernando el Católico, 34 in Castellón.
This group was set up for the two professional offices of Adi Arquitectura S.L. and Jaime Sanahuja y Asociados, S.L. including services, infrastructure, shared R&D and a basic technology and human resources structure integrated for technical designers, draftsmen, administration, structure and facilities calculation, technical architects, etc., until the entire group stabilised at 25 people. Both companies have their own legal and commercial structure and have occasionally collaborated on different competitions and projects.
At the beginning of the 1990s, Jaime Sanahuja and Associates incorporated and/or collaborated with recently graduated architects, while at the same time establishing a stable relationship with architect Carlos Ferrater, a result of which was the project and construction of the buildings in the IMPIVA technology park, and the Castellón Auditorium.
At the end of the 1990s, ETSAV graduate architects Emilio Cubillos Gimeno and José Mª Medrano Andrés, were incorporated and from 2001, the architect Mar Nadal Febrer, also a Valencia graduate, was incorporated.
